Hi Ok3ch , Safaricom setup is free, the catch is the transaction fee, ranging from 25-175ksh. Zain you actually pay a setup fee of 180,000 ksh and a monthly fee of guess 24K, but there transaction fee is fixed at 10bob, But the CEO must Approve.. they have a lot of ducumentation ang afreements... I agree with Dennis, become an mpesa partner.. that is what the Paybill function is all about (reversal of a paybill transaction is not possible by a customer, if he/she calls customer care they will be referred to the company they made the payment to).
