Ok3ch - I'm sure if you call/walk up to the mpesa division at
Safaricom they have all the information you need, ofcourse its all
about how much money your mpesa number can bring in.
I agree with Dennis, become an mpesa partner.. that is what the
Paybill function is all about (reversal of a paybill transaction is
not possible by a customer, if he/she calls customer care they will be
referred to the company they made the payment to).
