Dear Skunkworks, Is it true that the mecer warranty center don't change faulty parts on their warranty machines unless they are completely broken down. I have a case where my clients pc has squeaking HDD and dragging as you work with it..for the computer fundis bet u know what that means.. was sent to the center which they ignored ..as in awaiting for hdd to crush then to replace which could be 6 months from now hence warranty void.. has anyone else encountered such a a case. have been selling and marketing their pcs coz of the 2 yr warranty clause.....
