Dear Skunkworks,<br>Is  it true  that the mecer warranty center don&#39;t  change faulty parts on their warranty  machines unless they are completely broken down.<br>I have a case where my clients pc has squeaking HDD and dragging as you work with it..for the computer fundis  bet u know what that means..<br>
was sent to the center which they ignored ..as in awaiting  for hdd to crush then to replace which could be 6 months from now hence warranty void..<br>has anyone else encountered  such a a case.<br>have  been selling and marketing their pcs coz of the 2 yr warranty clause.....<br>
