[Skunkworks] Data Recovery

Hey all, Hi ya'll I dropped my external HDD (transcend) and now everytime I plug it in I get the error, A USB device conected to this machine has malfunctioned............ so I can't be able to view ant of the drives nor data in it. Anybody knows where I can get my data recovered and for how much?? Thanks
