Hey all,<br><br>Hi ya&#39;ll I dropped my external HDD (transcend) and now everytime I plug it in I get the error, A USB device conected to this machine has malfunctioned............ so I can&#39;t be able to view ant of the drives nor data in it. <br>

<br>Anybody knows where I can get my data recovered and for how much??<br>
