
Surprised by the mostly negative sentiment: I applied in December and got connected the following day (In fact the installation team was there on the day I paid but it was too late) Since, then the connection has always been on - on two or three occasions, it became unresponsive but restarting the "black box" fixed it. I personally have a Satellite link at home and it works like a charm, and in my employ, there doesn't exist such issues as have been presented here - so if you think Satellite is pathetic, then you have to live and content with what the other providers give you - don't wake up and say there aren't any good providers, coz mine sure is - delivers what they sell and is exceptional at customer service.
