Since, then the connection has always been on - on two or three occasions, it became unresponsive but restarting the &quot;black box&quot; fixed it.</div><div><br></div><div>Happy so far with 512kbps.</div><div><br></div>

Simply because you have decided on a particular solution and those providing that solution do not live up to expectation does not mean that there are no good service providers. I personally have a Satellite link at home and it works like a charm, and in my employ, there doesn&#39;t exist such issues as have been presented here - so if you think Satellite is pathetic, then you have to live and content with what the other providers give you - don&#39;t wake up and say there aren&#39;t any good providers, coz mine sure is - delivers what they sell and is exceptional at customer service.<br>
