Surprised by the mostly negative sentiment:

I applied in December and got connected the following day (In fact the installation team was there on the day I paid but it was too late)

Since, then the connection has always been on - on two or three occasions, it became unresponsive but restarting the "black box" fixed it.

Happy so far with 512kbps.
