Hello Yvonne, I would suggest that an organisation that is diligent enough to comply with a set standard should perhaps adopt ITIL V3? This would be a more holistic approach as this would deal with IT service management in totality as opposed to a single process. Just a suggestion. I think its more of a set of guided procedures that govern the day to day I.T services in any company. What now I need to know is, what is the body that came up with IMAC and what are these guidelines?
