Usually, its hard at the beginning to break the advertisement market cause advertising companies look at popularity and how far you can reach the masses... There was this startup radio station and i spent the evening with the presenters; they said that they have aggressive marketing campaigns - [especially in the rural areas] to get product, services and institutions to get an advertising slot with them... They said it was hard to convince [especially the big companies] to run an ad on your station. So i think K24 and the rest have marketers out there hustling - they also have guys looking for sponsors to fund some of the programming. Mabbe we will see the results in 2 or so years.
