It isnt really suicidal if you don't drive in a suicidal manner (many PSV motorcycle riders do drive like that). How do you explain large scale adoption of motorcycles in cities of other developing nations with more homicidal traffic ?
Plus the council has restrictions on PSV motocycles in the city center.....
refer to PSV part, ie no boda bodas in nairobi like in kampala. A relative tried to introduce them and met barriers.
