To add on. Applications like Photoshop, After Effects are already 64Bit. And with Windows this has been 64Bit with windows since CS4. Forgive my ignorance, but is there a 64bit MacOs? Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) is a 64-bit OS capable of running both 32-bit and 64-bit applications. Not sure if Adobe CS5 is a 64-bit application.
