Hi Chege, So far i haven't had that problem with their machines have u discussed the issue with your account manager? If so what was the response. As far as i know their warranties usually cover manufacturing defects and in your case assuming there were no provable incidents hat would cause that it should be covered, unless i'm mistaken.
