Hi Chege,

So far i haven't had that problem with their machines have u discussed the issue with your account manager? If so what was the response. As far as i know their warranties usually cover manufacturing defects and in your case assuming there were no provable incidents hat would cause that it should be covered, unless i'm mistaken. Keep us posted on how this unfolds.
