My brother had the same problem. I gave him my universal power adapter (the type with adjustable voltage like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNIVERSAL-AC-DC-ADAPTER-1-5V-3V-4-5V-6V-9V-12V-500mA...). All sorted. Zuku said this morning that following the national KPLC blackout/powersurge, the adapter got damaged and that many customers have similar problem. Wait, they charge 1200 kshs for a new adapter and they don't have them in stock !!!!
So, anyone here with a solution, a place to get a new adapter for those cheap CISCO modem.
