
Shiro, What happens is that the safaricom installation was initial and then the orange installation tried to overwrite some files and was unable. As a result, the orange installation was deemed incomplete. I once had such a nightmare with an Orange modem, but it ultimately worked. I think I deleted almost all USB devices under Hardware, rebooted, connected the modem and the autorun thing checked in. Modem installed and worked.
