
I have noticed that a number of websites hosted in the US are not accessible from Orange. I have tried to raise with them but all their customer support say is that they have escalated with their technical team. On a related note why cant companies have engineers provide support like the way it is for hosting companies or at least engineers on call for escalation its rather annoying calling a telco on a technical issue and all they ask you is to reboot your modem.. Anyone using Orange 3G noticed for the last few weeks they're not able to access bit.ly links? It only works when you go through HTTPS. I've tried to tell them what the issue is but they ask if my internet is working - to which the answer is yes but no. What could be causing such an issue on their side? Links work on other networks.
