I have noticed that a number of websites hosted in the US are not accessible from Orange. I have tried to raise with them but all their customer support say is that they have escalated with their technical team.

On a related note why cant companies have engineers provide support like the way it is for hosting companies or at least engineers on call for escalation its rather annoying calling a telco on a technical issue and all they ask you is to reboot your modem..
