
@Michael, Are you losing focus of why the SIM Card registration is required? The exercise is meant to ensure that unregistered SIM Cards cannot be used for criminal purposes. Digest that. Anyone who has validly registered their SIM Card will not want to use that in criminal acts. Not all SIM cards in use are registered.
