@Michael,<br><br>Are you losing focus of why the SIM Card registration is required?<br><br>The exercise is meant to ensure that unregistered SIM Cards cannot be used for criminal purposes. Digest that.<br><br>Anyone who has validly registered their SIM Card will not want to use that in criminal acts. Not all SIM cards in use are registered.<br>
