I work in a BPO company. Our services are used by both local, regional and international clients. As regards services offered; here's a list of some that can be offered: 1. Customer support e.g. Safcom can outsource their customer support to a BPO 2. Transcription especially for medical records 3. Chat i.e. Think online chat support, as is available on chekelea.com, this can also be outsourced esp if the traffic is very high 4.
