Hi all, If none wants to change the status of a registered Private Limited Company by Shares, e.g.change memorandum of understanding and articles of association, is it the same as registering a new company? Or in a nutshell, what are the requirements for changing the said company details as they are not provided for in the Companies Act? Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
