Hi all,<br><br>If none wants to change the status of a registered Private Limited Company by Shares, e.g.change memorandum of understanding and articles of association, is it the same as registering a new company?<br>Or in a nutshell, what are the requirements for changing  the said company details as they are not provided for in the Companies Act?<br>
