Well I think for starters their products were over priced and didn't feel like a Kenyan venture. Plus most of the would be shoppers live in Nairobi anyway and why bother ordering online when I can get cheaper on the ground? That being said - if this demographic is not aware, or does not find the technology useful in its own Country - the technology is headed for the dogs.
