Hmmm, - Have you tried installing it on a different windows machine (never mind the OS Version). Could be a corrupt installer. - Are you doing the installation on admin privileges? - Long shot....... do u have access to another similar modem & try installing the dashboard from it? (I could lend you mine if push comes to shove).
