Hmmm,<br><br>- Have you tried installing it on a different windows machine (never mind the OS Version). Could be a corrupt installer.<br>- Are you doing the installation on admin privileges?<br>- Long shot....... do u have access to another similar modem &amp; try installing the dashboard from it? (I could lend you mine if push comes to shove).<br>
