KDN/support will not be of much help. This is because they are more into providing infrastructure. So what you might want to do is switch to another ISP that can use KDN's infrastructure. eg. MyISP (www.myisp.com). So other ISP have formed an 'org' where they get to use KDN's fibre and they provide better service and support. Support will be much better, they get to deal with KDN, and trust me this is more efficient. I can give you a contact person if you want.
