Only problem I have encountered with MANY of these rechargeable lamps are the batteries. Most have very low-quality lead-acid batteries, with surprisingly short lifetimes. After just a few recharge cycles, the batteries can only hold enough charge for 15 mins. Though more difficult to source, and slightly more expensive, try get lamps with lithium-ion batteries. Anyone with knowledge of "real" brands that have a long life? ----- On Fri, Jan 11, 2013 at 9:53 AM, Dennis Kioko <dmbuvi@gmail.com> wrote:
I'm thinking more along the lines of those that are charged using electricity, have seen some along Rive Road for KSh. 700 for LED lights. _______________________________________________ skunkworks mailing list skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke ------------ List info, subscribe/unsubscribe http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/skunkworks ------------
