I wonder if any of these e-government projects ever bother to perform load tests on their sites, or even design with surge activity in mind. Surely they can at least spread out the load over other cloud providers during registration only, then suspend them until next year. Azure (and I assume amazon) both offer surge pricing for a short while that's cheaper than getting powerful servers for a whole year. Regards, John K. Hello John,
I have been trying to register the whole of last week. The portal has been very slow so I called KNEC ony to be told that alot of schools are trying to register and that I keep trying maybe luck might be on my side. I wonder how many schools will be locked out

Hi Skunks
Anyone from KNEC? Can anyone load above link? how on earth are our schools supposed to register for their students exams online if the portal is not working. Are we ready for this digitization?
