I am assuming this is a continuation of the problem you reported last time. Please don't break the hierarchy of a thread by completely weeding out the initial problem that was reported. IIRC, your server was blacklisted. If that is the case, you should NEVER configure your server to send mail out directly to the Internet if you don't have a static IP (with a correctly configured rDNS) or if you cannot solve the DNS issue with some dynamic DNS service somewhere. Configure your server to use your ISPs SMTP server as "smart host" (forward all non-local mail to the ISPs mail server).
