hi, go to INSERT TAB - click on SHAPES and pick the line. you should be able to draw across the entire page. This does not go beyond the margins. I am using Windows 2007 and from the research I have done it seems the page margin is marked as Zero and the counter proceeds towards the center of the page. How do I make ms word 2007 accept negative value for area beyond margins.

The line is limited/bounded within the page margins. It does not reach the paper margins/edges. From the research I have done the units have the page margin as Zero. How do I make Ms Word 2007 take negative margin values for area beyond the page margins.
