I was listening to the same on BBC Radio when I woke up this morning & thought to myself, "Which is more important? *Being seen doing work or actually delivering on the same *(no matter your location)?"
Being completely virtual is not also ideal. Got to be realistic, she has a point and I think its good to force them to show up. Working remotely 2 to 3 days a week is however acceptable. Muriithi
