Will google loon balloons be under any Jurisdiction? Will any Govt be bake to shut down access to google loon baloons from its country? How high does the airspace go? I thought the balloons will not be in any specific countries airspace. And depending on high high they will be it will be able to server a country fully with balloons in neighboring countries airspace then, that assuming airspace extends to the end of the atmosphere.
