I just said it, I actually was able to send myself money from Paypal to the card and in turn withdrew from DTB ATM. Points to note:

1. Cost was $10 to transfer less than $100 see tariffs http://www.nationhela.com/tarrifs 2. You then pay 70 bob to withdraw from DTB ATM, wouldnt accept Pesapoint, Co-op or Equity, tried those. 3. Duration is not bad, takes minutes. 4. That worked then, I tried a second time and the paypal option for source of funds was unhilighted, so you only send to and from credit/debit card.
