@Wallace, Seriously, if this is possible, then I am 101% sure Microsoft have documented it. You just need to find the documentation and read it, unless you want someone else to find it for you instead.
From my imagination, the upgrade will require the entry of the license key at some point and perhaps several "click next"s. If this can all be scripted and run unattended, then hit the MS knowledgebase for the documentation.
