I'd stick with The Jester (th3j35t3r) - this dude can seriously mess-up up Apache... US politicians are better handled by Jon Stewart. When they moved the cables to the Octopuce web servers, I had a moment there - Octopuce, sound familiar?? yes, you heard it from the 83' James Bond series - Octopussy - these "Octo" names all sound wrong! They have not released anything on Kenya , but the US secretary of State has told Kenya, "The US is sorry for what is coming", that sure adds alot of twist to the story -- "those who dont fall learn never to stand"-Fedor Emelianenko

The DDOS is slowing down the upload of the cables... I am sure "Embassy Nairobi" will pop up eventually, either via cablegate.wikileaks.org or via the various news websites that already have all the cables. I believe the news websites are analysing each cable before making it "sexy" so that they can sell more news... The problem is that these news sites are European and so they are revealing only the cables that seem relevant to them, e.g. sarkozy, italy PM, et. al. BTW, interpol has issued a wanted notice for Assange... On 12/1/10, joel eliakim <joeliakim@gmail.com> wrote:

@claire thanks for the link now its abit clearer. @simon not to say that the US is infallible but we are talking about the government that invented the internet, manages a constellation of satellites that make GPS possible and have satellites that can read the time off my watch on the street. To have secret archives of their embassies since 1966 to date leaked seems abit too easy. we all know the fake 911 story about terrorists and how it was staged to justify war. this may be another such setup where the government feigns weakness because of being 'attacked' and retaliates. this may be a setup to shutdown the open internet. @mark. Here is an explanation of where the cables are stored...i.e. Siprnet http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010/nov/28/siprnet-america-stores-secret-ca... IMHO, the security procedures for such a sensitive network were very bogus...I mean, who could they relax the procedures to make access easier...lol ---quote--- "There have been suggestions that an alarm system to detect suspicious use of the network was suspended for US military personnel in Iraq after they complained it was inconvenient." ---end quote--- LOL!!! Apparently, somebody walked out with a CD labelled "Lady Gaga" containing all that info

No one is leaking info. The US government is just letting beans spill in the disguise of leaks, thereby avoiding diplomacy rows. On Tue, Nov 30, 2010 at 6:11 PM, Patrick Kariuki <patrick.kariuki@gmail.com>wrote:
