Selection will be done as follows:

1. You will be interviewed by an IT auditor (who i quoted above) and he *will* check the references

2. If he's happy, we will negociate terms.

3. If I'm happy we will bring you down to audit and propose a solution (or remotely).

4. The auditor will look at the proposed solution.

5. You implement (on site)

6. Auditor checks if implemented as proposed while we hold you hostage

7. We send you happily home if all is well. :)
