Networking guru needed for network re-design project in Mauritius

Hi Guys, We have an office in Mauritius that covers three floors with about 100 staff + devices (printers, wifi units, IP phones etc), a mix of switches, hubs, servers, IP cameras no VLANs etc. Basically a mess. I need a networking guru to come audit it, propose a solution and implement the solution. The consultant must an expert at VLANs, agreggated links etc. We currently have HP 1920 Switches in each floor and Cyberoam CR 50iNG <quote> The project under consideration requires: 1. Core design – integrating ESX, Server 2016 VMs, virtual switching, core switching and general network design – VLANs, security, wireless, guest access, management and control. Load balancing, QOS etc 2. Implementation – integrated VMware ESX environment with Server 2016 and RDS servers and optimal network design including selection and implementation of core switches and suitable VLANs for management, data, voice, video, wireless and guest (both wired and wireless) We will require: 1. Examples of actual design and implementation of environments at up to 200 to 300 users, global environment 2. Certifications (Cisco/HP/Avaya, or similar from networking aspect, VMware and Microsoft for virtualization and server environments 3. Reference sites 1. Size 2. Location 3. Brief infrastructure description 4. General description of how you would scope and address a project of this nature given that there are two current production networks, a /24 and a /16, in place with no VLANs This is NOT a learning project. We require experienced professionals who can bring that experience plus their skills to this project to perform a non-intrusive upgrade to a solid network foundation. Thus we will need to review equivalent successfully implemented projects. </quote> Selection will be done as follows: 1. You will be interviewed by an IT auditor (who i quoted above) and he *will* check the references 2. If he's happy, we will negociate terms. 3. If I'm happy we will bring you down to audit and propose a solution (or remotely). 4. The auditor will look at the proposed solution. 5. You implement (on site) 6. Auditor checks if implemented as proposed while we hold you hostage 7. We send you happily home if all is well. :) If interested send me an email at chris@gmgfinancial.com As always, it is super urgent :) Thanks!
