@Kiania - I wouldn't say so. Safaricom was KDN's largest customer before Al Tech took over. I'm more inclined to agree with @Mark. I have never seen another company piss off virtually everyone in it's ecosystem. I think it is a superiority complex that is rather bewildering to me. Wananchi group has south african shareholding no? But they seem to be doing fine and I am a satisfied customer so far. I say let them crash and burn. The little money they spend will help. They trained personell, paid tax etc so its not a total loss.
