Anyone here with experience running web-servers with CPanel and Cent OS?

Cpanel on Amazon, isn't Amazon management interface enough? Just curious.

I have been managing an Amazon server for 2 yrs now & never had a serious problem that could not be solved but of late MySQL keeps failing very randomly. It fails then comes back up. I am tracking everything in the

Hmm, unlikely to come up if it crashes. This sounds like more of the whole instance crashing and then Amazon automatically restarting it. Check uptime. If its really low, poke around the Amazon management interface and you should find the instance console. It logs something there when the instance lock out hard enough to be unable to dump logs on filesystem

MySQL log files including the slow queries and there is nothing that looks like it could be the problem.

Nah, slow queries can never take database down. Need to check the mysql error file. Operating system message file too.

I have gone through all logs and cant find anything fishy or misplaced. Any assistance will be appreciated.

To be assisted, you need to get us logs. Anything short of that is guess work. And there must be some logs somewhere, just not obvious at first glance
