I am browsing some literature about the use of open source software and come across the organisation and your email address. We are currenly working on the development of a land information system using open source softwares. My inquiry would be if your organization is engaged into land sector or GIS work using open source software packages? To be specific, can you please refer me to any organisation or individuals particularly in Nairobi, who are using post GIS/Post Gres SQL and Quantum GIS. Thanks for any information.
