I have 2 clients currently subscribed to the above named service who wave gone without internet connection for one month now. All this happened despite having contacted customer care multiple times. Now both of them have received their invoices <- LOL / ROFL If there is any zukutech willing to sort out the above, contact me offlist.

Lucky for you man. But for one of these poor organizations, this is the second time round. The first time they just went with the flow silently.
