when i try through one provider i get: ACEftp: 40 KB/sec Filezilla: 180 KB/sec I asked a techie with a different provider to upload to the same site and he gets: ACEftp: 180 KB/sec The speed for the links is the same. what could be the holdup? Your experiment is incomplete. Tell the guy to try Filezilla from the same location and give you the speeds.
