NEEMA CERTIFICATE FOR SOUND
Hi, everyone.. I am intending to make some extreme noise at a birthday party coming up this sunday. Without knowing.. the grounds am hosting the bash claimed that i got to get some freakin certificate i guess they called it NEEMA. Sm say it cost 5k some say 2k.. bt if i hv to pay to make noise i will realy pump it up... !!!! . anywy the question is.. does anyone hv connections with sm1 who can make this for me like on a quick dial... he/she is also welcomed to the party. inform me. -- Direct your attention to the best... http://www.bigbang.co.ke/

And then you have to make copies of the certificate and pin it at all your neighbour's doors. Recently, someone near where I live was having an house warming bash, and they photocopied like 1000 copies of the permit and pinned at the doors of all the neighbours within like 500 M. I am not saying it helps the neighbours, just lets them know that there is nothing they can do about it.
