I received an email from Mpesa about IPN not working on Saturday afternoon and this morning am still not getting any notification. I called the support number and they say it's ok but nothing on my end. Is anyone having a similar issue?

Implement IPN pull - it requires SOAP (ancient tech but very stable from my experience). Put it in a cron job. I've had no delays with my transactions - it has worked seamlessly since 2013. https://www.safaricom.co.ke/IPN/IpnWebRetrieval?wsdl is the endpoint. B2C API documentation is somewhere on the list.
