I suppose it's a lot easier to just walk into any of the supermarkets/outlets, ask to see the Manager, talk to the manager and sell him your idea. If s/he buys the idea it's very likely s/he will link you up with the relevant decision maker. A few times I've had issues at supermarkets/outlets I found it so easy to get to talk to the manager.
