What you need is Search Engine Optimization (SEO) .Google or other search engines will index your website at no cost .You need to Optimize your website so that it ranks high on search engines . You dont pay anything for google to register your site, they actually do it for free. The thing is to get them to index your site as soon as possible and the work on your search engine optimization techniques coz this is what will affect your google SERP ranking, coz I'd think you'd want to be as high up as possible.
