i was just pinpointing the where the problem seems to occur - just when sending. everything else is okay including the smsbox routing and the sender groups. looks more like there is something on their side if the many of you have a configuration just like mine. i'll get back if they finally resolve it. i have done so many other smpp connection to other providers but this one is just a pain ... 3rd day and counting ... i think this is how "QueenB" came about

Error 45 means insufficient funds. Its an MT code and u are sending to an MSISDN that does not have enough units. Is tthe source addr accurate tho? Safcom uses 4 digit codes and u have a 5 digit code. Pls confirm.
