Hi guys, For those who travel often to Kampala, what's your preferred means (bus firm) and where do you stay when there - please indicate cost per night.
Mash first Class - awesome you will not know by the time you reach .... Hotels are in plenty as many Kenyans go to shop alot....Hotel names i have forgotten but you can get help from the Bus firms to help you on selecting a good hotel. Bwana Lawi, I see Booknow were reviewed in CIO in an article I wrote. The app shows that we have buses departing at night to Kampala - I thought the night ban changed stuff.

Akamba bus shut down two years ago. I haven't seen Scandinavian bus too for ages. You better try Kampala Coach, Quees Coach, or Modern Bus services. For accommodation, try out transit hotels around Wandegeya-Makerere University main campus and don't forget to check out Kabalagala at night for a great night life.
