Morning people, Lately at our office we have been having a serious problem with a certain virus/spam from our ISP. We have taken all the measures including formating all laptops in the organisation but it has continued to persist. Has any of you encountered a similar problem? We are now looking on other ISP providers any suggestions? We want like 10mbps. I have had the same problem with clients I work with and all have JTL. I tries to make them understand that the redirect was a wrong move instead they block out all the suspect traffic but they insist the LAN needs to be cleaned up. I once had that redirection, only once. Scanned all hosts with a FREE anti-virus. Never seen it again. Bravo

This is a POORLY implemented IPS on their service gateway. Problem with this, it will block even clean user machines as the port blocking happens at client gateway level.
