Yes that's correct. It is telling about service levels in this country no matter the provider, taking the money is easy delivering the service is another thing. Did you see the Standard on Monday, one guy over the weekend during the Kenya - Ug game being chewed by two dogs and being beaten up by 3 policemen, fyi Under the new constitution with a bill of rights in place. This is sick, there's a certain service malaise. We have to be custodians of quality irrespective of industry or government.
